Regarding Vincent LoSacco, owner of Just Pups, Paramus, I ask that if he is convicted of the multiple counts of cruelty charged against him, or should he enter a plea, that his sentence include a stipulation that he not be allowed to operate any pet store or deal in the sale of animals anywhere in the state of NJ.
