Dog skinned alive in Guandong/China and left to die!!!

A white dog´s been skinned alive in Guandong/China and left to die, someone peeled off the dog´s fur and skin like a banana, then left the poor helpless and deadly injured dog to die in the streets of a town in the Province Guandong!!! We demand justice and an end to the skinning of live animals in China. NOW, this is no way for a country that calls itself civilized to treat living and feeling beings (animals)!!!
