Help Move Smoking Areas Away From Handicap Areas

So my little sister has cerebral palsy and other medical issues that result her being in the hospital constantly.One of those reasons being because of air way issues .Second hand smoke sometimes messes with her causing her to cough constantly.If we move smoking ports away from the handicap areas this may be helpful to other citizens who have respiratory issues that may want to fix this as well.
