Repair the Damages to U Thant Island

U Thant Island is located just off the UN Building and is considered a security risk, as well as a bird sanctuary with an arch in which many birds live. Because of this, nobody is allowed on the island without direct permission from the government. So, hopefully, a petition to install a second arch over to old, battered, and broken one will provide better nesting for the birds, as well as a nicer view, while still keeping the old arch around.
