Petition to settle the lawsuit with Robert Norse

Whether you agree or disagree with Robert Norse's action, the continuing lawsuit is costing tax payers' money. 
In a time of financial crisis with a $2.8 million deficit in the city budget, libraries closing, and more people becoming homeless, we request that the Santa Cruz City Council please settle this costly lawsuit with Robert Norse. Do not waste more taxpayer money on further appeals and trials.  This is not a violent crime.
Accept Robert Norse's proposal that he will drop his financial demands if the City will end the Sleeping Ban. End this pointless waste of money that could be spent on better things.
