Open all tracks to the public in Midlothian TX. It will promote social distancing by having more options to go and is much wider than the narrow sidewalks.

Opening the tracks of Midlothian is a great idea. First, I can not tell you how many times I have been to neighboring cities and seen open tracks vacant throughout the day. Secondly, it won't even be the first option. The public majority will continue to use the parks over the track. It will just open up more space for activity.
