Demand changes to Bylaw No. 285 (Bylaw to control Dogs in Town of Ogema)

Council wants to charge to much for dog licences compared to other places in Saskatchewan.
$50/yr (Grandfathered Dogs); $100/yr if not paid by Dec.31/12; $1th00/yr. (replacing dog after death)
 
There will be Strict limit of two dogs.

Bylaw must include that:   It is an Offence to tease, entice, bait or throw objects at a dog confined within owner's personal property.
