Stop Pit Bull Bans in Arkansas

Why should Pit Bulls be punished for what humans turned them into? It's not the breed that's bad. It's the person that doesn't know how to raise them and take care of them the right way. These dogs are guilty of nothing but loyalty, yet in some places they are ripped from their owners and killed just because of the name of their breed. Owners of Pit Bulls should be made to take proper precautions to assure safety measures - both for the dog and for humans. Build a fence high enough to prevent escape. Don't allow them around small children if they are not used to that environment, obviously do not neglect or abuse them, and make them sign something that says they agree to be held accountable for the actions of their dogs. Punish the deed - that owners have not prevented - not the breed. DO NOT KILL THE DOGS!
