It's been a long standing issue with breech of anti bullying and safeguarding at the S.C.C, with all complaints made by desperate parents of victims, seem to be heard but not enforced. This is mainly due to the school and in most cases all schools not wanting to gain a bad report from ofsted , as schools are marked down for high exclusion rates. We as parents would like either expulsion of bullies or charges/penalties brought against parents whom ignore their children's bullying tendencies and more support from outside agencies when full cooperation is gained from the parents, when they are experiencing challenging behaviour from their children and face desperate times themselves. We are told of our human rights and our children have human rights but due to policies we lack the right to exercise them. Please help make those changes happen. Thank you.
Dear Gordon Henderson MP, we would kindly request an appointment with yourself to engage in discussions about government school policies and how best to manage them. As parents we personally at the school have been met with teachers who've been intimidating not only to ourselves but also our children whom are the victims of repeated bullying. It extends further than us and upon investigation its of no surprise that we are supported by more parents than originally thought. Sadly however the treatment is still the same. I have copies of statements written by the children affected that I can forward to you along with statements from the parents, detailing events and divisions between the pupils and school. The school has admitted they have no solution to the problem they face but still deny there is an issue. They even deny our help and even told children to not sign this petition. We are as desperate as most parents whom have possibly contacted you over such details, but we are hopeful in change, and as Nelson Mandela once said, Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
