Demand the Cincinnati Zoo sue Michelle Gregg for costs of Harambe

Harambe was killed because of the negligence of Michelle Gregg. She has cost the Cincinnati Zoo an asset- a Western Lowland Gorilla which are endangered species and not easily replaceable. She also cost the zoo to shut down the exhibit, build new barriers(when the existing ones had worked fine for almost 40 yrs), and the cost of future visitors who may decide not to visit due to the traumatic situation that occurred due to her negligence. The Prosecutor has decided not to file charges for negligence. But the burden of Proof in a civil trial is much lower. The Cincinnati Zoo should not have to bear the costs that are due to someone else's error. Nor should their visitors through increased costs..
