Demand Thane Maynard resign from The Cincinnati Zoo

Harambe was a 17 year old gorilla.  He didn't pick his fate in being stuck in a zoo.  Humans did that for him.  He is not responsible for "bushmeat", humans are. He was not responsible for lacking security or for a child to come into his enclosure.  He could have killed this child instantly and did not.  He may have been protecting the child.  The Zoo Director stands by the decision to shoot while children watched.  As much as he may care for animals, the situation was not handled well and the emergency measures that were in place were not good.  The measure was to shoot to kill.  Another animal lost at the hands of humans.
