Demand that Kristi Noem promise to stop killing dogs

South Dakota governor Kristi Noem bragged in her book about killing a puppy, and continues to defend her action even after widespread condemnation.

But she's apparently got other dogs, ones who may well be in imminent danger if this sociopath decides they're "useless."
