stop Euthanizing"ProblemBears"

We take forests from wildlife, and get mad when they are hungry and get in our trash because there's not enough food to hunt. We euthanize the bears when they are caught because it's to much trouble to move them away. Just 3 weeks ago our city government did just that to a young bear cub. The bear caused no harm, was not in any way violent, or aggressive, it was just hungry and got into some trash. A nuisance, maybe, but not aggressive or violent. Stop killing wildlife for trying to find food, and make it mandatory to move them away from civilization if considered a nuisance.
