Justice for Kat - find and punish her abuser

Kat is a lovely white cat, who came home Monday evening of 30th April with a terrible wound which appeared to have been caused by someone trying to rip her skin off, causing abrasions, cuts, bruising and other injuries.  This happened in Foxhole estate, Paignton in South Devon.

The vet had to use over 100 stitches and she may need a skin graft and will require further surgical procedures.

We wish to show the authorities, police, locel MP and everyone involved with animal care, protection and the law, that we feel strongly that more effort and dedication needs to be present in detecting, arresting and convicting animal abusers.  We would like to see the punishment fit the crime and get some justice for Kat.
