Allow Balcony Toys for Residences Apartments Kids (Idaho Falls)

Enact change allowing Residences Apartments children to keep toys on their balcony patios. Children benefit from being outside everyday, and their balcony patios are part of their home. Allow residents to keep children's toys on balcony patios for spontaneous play and to invite children to engage with their environment throughout the day.

By enforcing a rule that children's toys are to be stored indoors, children's opportunities to engage in spontaneous outdoor play from home are limited and inconvenient for children and parents.

For the benefit of children, and at the discretion of parents, allow residents to store children's toys outdoors, on residents' balcony patios.

Grills, furniture, plants, and pets are inherently allowed; let's not discriminate against children and their parents.
