Demand Stricter Gun Control Laws in Colorado

In the early morning of June 20, 2012, a man attacked a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado full of fans watching the premiere of The Dark Knight Rises. At least 12 people were killed, and many more were injured in the violent massacre. The attacker was heavily armed with canisters of tear gas and multiple guns, including an assault rifle. He was able to acquire these weapons legally and carry them into the theater, due to Colorado’s lenient gun control laws.
