Demand Humane Regulation to Factory Farming Methods

In factory farms across the U.S.A. it is evident that animals are being kept in too tight of spaces, malnourished, etc. If we wish to call ourselves a great country then we need to work on our compassion department. This bill proposes a minimum of eight hours each day of free roaming, for each animal, in well kept and enclosed grass fields that are large enough so that the animals are not crowded amidst each other, and done in a safe and comfortable method that does not put the animals at risk.
