Leave my beautiful black bears alone. Inhumane people without hearts or knowledge.

Our black bears are something we do not want from our world. I agree that stricter garbage procedures should be instituted. Raise and manage funding to possibly purchase appropriate land sites to intise and corral these magnificent creatures. Environmental and animal control services should be able to plot some humane tactics to please them, us and God.We have funding for every other causes on the planet. This ranks among a priority in my estimation.
