Not being able to take your drink in a plastic cup outside of the bar you purchased it makes no sense.

This is feeding the anti-alcohol movement that has been growing for decades. These old blue book laws need to be retired. The alcohol restrictions in texas go back before blue book laws though, during the texan war. However they were picked up and pushed by anti-alcohol movements for decades.

It's ridiculous, we aren't children. It hurts noone.
