Stop the Destruction: Protect Syria’s Coastal Forests from Wildfires!

The Syrian coast, especially in Lattakia, has been devastated by recurring wildfires, destroying forests, homes, and livelihoods. These fires, often worsened by climate change, negligence, and lack of resources, threaten biodiversity, agriculture, and the well-being of local communities.

We demand urgent action from the Syrian government, environmental organizations, and international bodies to:
