Cruelty life for dogs at Ptolemaida's Municipality Public Kennel

The dogs of Ptolemaida Municipality ‘s  Public Kennel living in miserable conditions. The Kennel  has no staff, no vet, no water. Dogs could drink only from a polluted old tank, dog’s food is just a bad quality flour that causes diarheal disease  and animals are malnourished.  Dogs are not protected at all and from times to times, many of them are disappeared  from Kennel with mystery. The Mayor, however, gets money from the Government to ensure a good life for the animals. Do not use the money for the Municipality’s Public Kennel  and indifferent with cruelty.
