Ban Graduated Electronic Decelerator in Canton,Massachusetts

After Judge Katherine Fields, Justice of Bristol County, has sided with the Judge Rotenberg Center in allowing shock therapy to be administered to mentally disabled individuals in this center. The youngest "student" being nine years old and the eldest having just tured fifty three. This "therapy" is administered based on an individual actions. We as a community and citizens the United States of America, are allowing helpless children and adults be subjected to this torture and WE need to put an end to this tramatic "treatment" that they are enduring.
