Stop Killing Dogs and Cats for Human Consumption in TEXAS

The Humane Society states that 44 states allow dogs to be raised and sold for meat. I am very sad to say that the great state of Texas is one of them. I believe that most people here in Texas , like myself, did not know this and that your administration is blind to this disgusting practice, also.
We would like for Texas to lead the way for the other 43 states to stop this horrible act of raising dogs and cats to be killed and sold for human consumption.
