Kittens painted yellow and left do die in Chinese streets, we want justice!!!

A few days ago I signed a petition for 2 kittens who´ve been painted yellow and left to die in Chinese streets, a woman from Guangzhou found them being distressed, and the kittens´ furs had to be shaved by the vet later to save them!!! Even though the kittens will proably recover halfways (they might go blind because the paint was also in their eyes), we want justice for them, what was done to them was cruel and barbaric, the kittens could´ve been choked by the paint, too. I didn´t want to store the horrible pics and load them up here, so I loaded up a kitten pic from the library....
