A vast view corridor, a view of the North Shore Vancouver mountains from Howe Sound to Mt. Baker in Washington State is about to be blocked by a perimeter of 400 Aspen trees. These trees are planted on private land, in the ALR and is completely within the property use bylaws. This is a heritage view corridor for all to enjoy.  One owner who has built a mega house ( bylaws changed not allowing anymore mega houses on farmland) is affecting a whole community. In short one person is blocking the view of 2-3,000 residents and amenity users. This is a issue of single property rights vs community rights allowing a heritage view corridor.  See SaveRichmondviews.com
