Stop the Trucks and Sledgehammers

Nepal is probably the only country in the world without humane slaughterhouses. Buffaloes, including mothers with babies, are transported in a most cruel manner, and killed with sledgehammers and knives, mostly out in the open. The fate of goats, pigs and poultry is hardly any better.

We, the undersigned, feel deeply hurt by the cruel transportation and slaughter of animals in Nepal and demand immediate implementation and strict monitoring of humane practices.
