Provides women with a biometric smart card, contains a chip embedded with her fingerprint,  providing her with identification and secure access to life-changing financial services from Opportunity International by 5,000 Butterfly credits , giving her control over her own finances. No one else—not even her spouse or his relatives—can use her account.  Those women can start or expand a business, provide for their families, create jobs for their neighbors and build a safety net for the future and can be  working their way out of poverty in the developing world.

If all the Care2 18,752,657 members sign 5 activists' petitions, then will have 4,688,096,250 butterfly credits, providing 937,619 cards to those women.
