Bring animal abuser to justice in Virginia

Vicky Connolly Whiting locked animals up in July and left them to die, abandoned them without notifying anyone that she was voluntarily leaving the kennel and never to return. Vicky was their caretaker the person they relied on to feed them, walk them, and take care of them. Any person who can neglect and abandoned a kennel of animals deserves to be in prision. The State of Virginia has stated that the cost to extradition to bring her to justice for her crimes against these harmless animals. Please sign to force the State of Virginia to charge Victoria Connolly Whiting to the fullest extent of the law.
