to get bright lights and later hours for the Franklin Wirth Park Skate Park

in the summer it stays light out till about 8:30 9:00 ish and the skate park closes at 8 o'clock
some times earlier and the fellow skaters want to skate longer but get kicked out. So if they want to skate the solution would be to get some bright lights and later hours (preferably 10:30-11:00) or no closing (get rid of the fence).
