Cruel deaths aren't sport: end fighting in Madagascar

Cock fighting is one of the cruelest sports humans have ever invented. The animals are encouraged to continue fighting until one of them has an eye gouged out or is killed. This horrible abuse is now illegal in most countries, but has not yet been banned in Madagascar.

Please sign this petition to demand that cock fighting be banned in Madagascar.

Hens and cockerels are sweet, curious animals who enjoy human company and will seek out affection, as well as playing with toys such as food puzzles and swings. They can experience pleasure and pain. It is not right that humans make entertainment out of their needless suffering.

Please sign this petition to ask that Madagascar consider a changes to its laws, and ban cock fighting. If enough people sign, PM Olivier Mahafaly Solonandrasana will realise that the national and international general public want an end to this cruelty.
