"Father's rights"

The issue is a lot of present father are being ridiculed by a unbalanced system. (For example) (1) filing for rights when the child is biologically yours. (2) fighting for custody when it takes two to create a child. (3) paying child support when you are active in your child life.(4) being obligated to a child due to paternity fraud by the mother.The solutions for the issues are. (for example) (1) making sure a DNA test is mandatory. (2) if the father is rejecting his responsibility imply child support. (3) if the DNA test proves the rights to the father imply 50/50 custody to both parents to bring balance for the child and both parents.(4) If the mother is lying about who the real father is and she knows she must be held accountable for her actions.
