Auto company CEOs have seen their pay increase an average of 40% over the last few years. And yet, the companies refuse to offer workers -- the ones who actually make the cars -- even a fraction of that amount.

During the lean years, these same workers took pay cuts and offered a range concessions to help the companies survive. And now that the companies are far better off than they were, it is only fair to share the benefits with those who helped make them possible.
