The constitutional right to travel without a license or permit for adults

The State of Maine wants to put me in prison for 8yrs for driving without a license
Its our God given constitutional right to travel on public roadways without a license or permit which our forefathers afforded us. And the States are breaking the law and criminalizing it to the citizens of this country, for driving without a license or permit, which constitutes our denial of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Let's end the States ,Law Enforcement and Politicians from committing crimes.
