Tell the Supreme Court: NO immunity for Trump

Special counsel Jack Smith has asked the Supreme Court to fast-track a decision on whether Trump has immunity from criminal prosecution for all crimes he committed while he was president. 

Smith is asking this so he can keep Trump's trial on schedule, which is set to start in March. 

Trump's claim that he has full immunity for any crime committed is both absurd and wildly dangerous, and we need the Supreme Court to reject his assertion ASAP. He attempted a coup and tried to overthrow our democracy – it's time to throw the book at him, not give him a "Get out of jail" card!
