Demand prison time for unethical treatment of pets.

I am saddened by a world that does not protect the basic rights of our four legged beauties. I believe that all animals should be treated with dignity and respect. I was sickened in particular by a video of a man determined to scare his poor dog by lighting off horrendous fireworks right next to the dog. Please make the inhumane treatment of our four-legged pets illegal and punishable by prison time.
