Defund Awful Sex Experiments on Animals

The U.S. government, through the National Institutes of Health, is spending $12.6 million this year on violent sex experiments on live animals. Meanwhile it has defunded important research like the Framingham Heart Study, which has contributed significantly to our understanding of cardiovascular disease.

It is time for NIH to stop spending our money to torture animals and start spending it to promote our health.

Please stop funding cruel animal experiments, including the sex experiments underway at Johns Hopkins, Boston University, Texas Woman's University, University of California at Berkeley, and University of Michigan. That money would be better spent studying humans, not other species.
