George Soros, a U.S. citizen, reportedly provides significant financial resources in support of numerous anti-American activities including, but not limited to, the ongoing riots in cities across the U.S. Rioting is a criminal act in all U.S. jurisdictions. By paying people to riot, Mr. Soros is both a principal and a conspirator acting in furtherance of ongoing criminal activity. Substantial property damage and personal injuries have resulted from the numerous riots at issue, therefore Mr. Soros' U.S. assets should be seized in order to compensate U.S. victims. Mr. Soros is a danger and a menace to our peaceful society and he should be arrested for such criminal activities - as any other citizen would be.
It has been widely reported that George Soros is funding, providing material support, and organizing the ongoing riots and/or acts of civil disobedience in growing number of cities across the U.S. While we must tolerate peaceful protests, such is not what we are enduring presently. Rioting is a crime in all U.S. jurisdictions and various Soros-related groups are actually paying people to engage in criminal activity. The paper trail of the funding may provide Mr. Soros with a procedural out, he has nevertheless made no secret over the years of his hopes to bring down the U.S.
Pursuant to civil asset forfeiture laws, we, the undersigned, hereby respectfully demand that the U.S. assets belonging to Mr. Soros and/or any organization under his control be seized in order to satisfy the damages resulting from the above-mentioned riots.
We further demand that Mr. Soros be arrested and charged with various related criminal acts as well as conspiracy to commit various acts related hereto.
