THE ETHICS OF ALTERING A PETITION WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING IT.

Do you know that you can sign a petition on Care2 and it can be altered without acknowledging this fact?  This is totally unethical and it is questionable with regards to it's legality once signatures have been added.

Ask Care2 to provide a notification on petitions to say they have been edited and to notify signatories regarding alterations.

It is of great concern that petitions on Care2 have been edited without acknowledging this fact It is totally unethical and it is questionable with regards to it's legality once signatures have been added.

Please provided notification on petitions if they have been altered and notify signatories about the alteration.
