He was once wild and living healthy in the mountains of Albania until a restaurant owner had him tranquilized about 2 years ago. He's been living outside of a run-down restaurant in Albania 40 miles north of Tirana. He lives off of chips and sweets. His cage is 20 ft by 10ft and he's locked up 24/7. He shows disturbing behavior such as spasms, gnawing his paws and limbs, and cupping his hands for food as tourists come by. There's only 200 Brown Albanian bears left including the 90 in captivity. Please help Tomi.
