Save Keswick hospital from closure!
We have a fabulous cottage hospital in Keswick, Cumbria, including a minor injuries unit, used by locals and tourists alike which is under threat of closure. Keswick Hospital is the preferred place of care for Keswick people.
Hospital beds are the bedrock of health services in Keswick. We want 4 more beds not 4 less at Keswick Hospital.
Keswick Hospital has never been more VITAL for our rural, isolated, aging population. The hospital underpins a complete range of community health services. Alternatives to KH are unsafe, untested, unplanned and uncontested.

Keswick has recently been flooded (Dec 2015) and landslides have closed a major road thus reducing tourism spend in the region since December and making the lives of locals very difficult.
