Ongoing Petition Against the Discriminatory Practices of Roper St Francis Healthcare

We, the undersigned as citizens and community members of the metropolitan Tri-County area of South Carolina, do hereby demand that the racially motivated harassment and disparate treatment of independent Black physicians with privileges at Roper St. Francis healthcare immediately halted and investigated by the appropriate authorities. This system-wide pattern of discrimination has also affected other non-white members of the hospital staff and has contributed mightily to adverse outcomes to some black patients.
Furthermore, we are all too familiar with the historically racially motivated treatment of Black physicians, staff and patients by Roper St Francis healthcare as opposed to white physicians and their patients.

By attaching our signatures hereto we demand that this kind of discriminatory conduct that has been and is being engaged in by senior, mid-level, and other management officials cease immediately.
