Justice for CRASH, NO Plea Bargain

    I am asking for help from all of you furry people lovers out there. My baby was murdered, shot down, running on his own property, barking after a speeding car zooming by our house. This devil ("Jay"Johnathan Edwards) hung his head out of the window and shot, hitting my beloved dog, Crash. Crash made it to our porch where he passed away. His intestines were falling from the exit wound of the 9 mm he was shot with. It was witnessed by neighbors and when asked by the sheriff why he did it, the devil said he though it was his right!
     Animal cruelty charges have been filed and he was arrested, but I don't want this monster to get away with a slap on the wrist. This was an intentional, malicious act and we (family and friends of Crash) want Felony charges to stand so we can get the guns out of Johnathan Edward's hands. 

     Neighbors report he has shot and killed other dogs as well and has an overactive appetite for firearms. He is often heard shooting into the woods, without a safety backdrop in a neighborhood where children play.
    The entire neighborhood is in morning and will do whatever we can to get justice for Crash (everybody's friend). This devil ("Jay" Johnathan Edwards) is renting a place here, and I am trying to find the landowner's number, they also loved Crash, to have him evicted as a danger to our families and furry friends.

    Animal abuse can be a precursor to abuse against humans.  In fact, animal abuse is one of the four indicators used by the F.B.I to evaluate future violent offenders and many people charged with child abuse or domestic violence have committed animal abuse in the past.
