Tell Govenor Andrew Coumo that New York needs a Statewide Mandatory Spay and Neuter Law

Every year thousands of animals are put to death in animal shelters statewide.This is due to overbreeding,overcrowding,puppy and kitten mills and irresponsible pet owners.Shelters do not discriminate even euthanizing puppies and kittens.
Due to overcrowding the shelters become disease filled making even the most adoptable animals unadoptable due to illnesses. It's horrible to see pictures of death row animals and notes from rescuers in desperation trying to save their lives.Many of which are never saved.
Lets help control the pet populaton and put an end to backyard breeding.Lets pass a law in New York requiring all dogs and cats be spayed and nuetered (exclusive of an animals health,age and licensed breeders).
LETS HELP MAKE NEW YORK A NO KILL STATE!
PLEASE URGE GOVENOR CUOMO AND THE NEW YORK LEGISLATURE TO INSTITUTE A STATEWIDE SPAY AND NUETER LAW.
