Demand A Change To Out Of Scale Development in A Character Neighborhood

We are residents in Picfair Village and this new proposed development at 1546-1550 Orange Grove has been approved with a height exception of 55 feet while all other structures in our neighborhood are 33 feet.  Further it was approved without a public hearing to allow neighbors to weigh in on its impact.  It will create a negative impact on the quality of life, will increase stress on infrastructure and will be inconsistent with the character of the neighborhood. We are asking for a public forum to express our concerns and halt the current plans. While we don't oppose development, we are opposed the the height of this structure.
