Sasha is a dog that living in and small alley way surrounded by feces no water access and no food she continue live in cold winter walking in her feces day and night in a dark alley with no lights. Spca refuse to help her get save she will die if she doesn't get the proper help no life for a dog. Owner had several dogs there one was seized. And one had a prolapsed uterus she came up missing.
