DELAY Oak Park Construction on Lake Street

Patios have been essential for local restaurants to stay afloat during this pandemic. The village of Oak Park has decided to tear up the sidewalks right after labor day instead of its intended Oct. 31st. This closure of patios will affect local businesses and their employees. Many employees are doing their best to pay rent and prepare for another closure of businesses, I wanna make sure their voices are heard.

The Village of Oak Park NEEDS TO DELAY the removal of sidewalk until Oct. 31

The block that will be affected is Oak Park Ave to Euclid on Lake street.
