Thousands of dogs are ares killed in Neuquen

Neuquén, Patagonia, Argentina: Our Municipality presumes that killing all dogs in the streets because there is Leptospirosis, this diseace would be stopped.
In cebtral Argentina thousands of cows have thos and no one was terminated.
They begin to kill every dog in the poorest zone of the city, and Leptospirosis is strong with no good food nor potable water, now they are killing all.
lese, no scientific study says that all  dogs should be killed....they do not heal any dog, nor pig....they just kill....in masses.
