TAKE DOWN TOPIX

topix.net is a open website allowing users to post comments in forums annomoniously without being held accountable. Children have found this to be an easy avenue to cyberbullying and slander. When trying to hold these children accountable for their negative and harmful behavior our police department and parents have hit nothing but stonewalls in trying to remove the negative comments as well as obtaining the IP addresses on all of those involved. This is not protection of Freedom of Speech this is giving bullies the upperhand!!!
