SUPPORT VAN JONES

Van Jones, author of Green Collar Economy and presently Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, has come under concerted and withering fire from the paranoid wing of the Republican Party, including commentators like Glenn Beck.

We the undersigned urge President Obama to resist calls for Jones' removal. It would be a tragedy if such a visionary yet practical man as Van Jones were to be hounded out of office by lies, distortions, and innuendo. Stick by him, defend him, and make it clear to these right-wing bullies that such tactics as theirs are doomed to failure.
