St. Augustine CIvil Rights Museum, National Park & Seashore

Please recommend Congress honor St. Augustine's 450th anniversary in 2015 and: (1)  Support a Civil Rights museum in St. Augustine, Florida, telling the story of slavery (first slaves brought here September 8, 1565) and activism leading to adoption of the 1964 Civil RIghts Act; (2) a St. Augustine National HIstorical Park and Seashore, an emerald necklace of parks incorporating ten current state parks and water management district land to preserve and protect our First Coast's environment, wetlands and wildlife, including endangered and threatened species forever; (3) an I-95 interchange serving the historically neglected African-American community of West Augustine and West King St., remedying discrimination by FDOT in the 1960s.
